Treaties of Countries onto The Kingdom of New Zion
DIPLOMATIC TREATY OF ALLIANCE, FRIENDSHIP, MUTUAL RECOGNITION AND DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BETWEEN KINGDOM AND GOVERNMENT OF NEW ZION AND UNITED ABORIGINAL KHOI-SAN KINGDOM.
Art. 1 -UNITED ABORIGINAL KHOI-SAN KINGDOM recognizes THE KINGDOM AND GOVERNMENT OF NEW ZION as a sovereign and independent nation. KINGDOM AND GOVERNMENT OF NEW ZION recognizes KINGVICTOR !GAI !URINKUA in titleship hoogstander /hoogstaden the Monarchy of the UNITED ABORIGINAL KHOI-SAN KINGDOM as a sovereign and independent nation.
Art.2 - The two nations are committed to maintaining a state of peace and friendship between them and also to maintaining the same state with the other Nations.
Art. 3 - The citizens of UNITED ABORIGINAL KHOI-SAN KINGDOM and KINGDOM AND GOVERNMENT OF NEW ZION will be recognized and respected by the citizens of the other nation,which will consist of the five historical groups ,korana Griqua ,Nama, boesman,cape Khoi and will have the same rights and freedom as in their country of origin, provided that they are not against the laws of the host country.
Art. 4 - UNITED ABORIGINAL KHOI-SAN KINGDOM and KINGDOM AND GOVERNMENT OF NEW ZION cooperate to promote freedom,
justice and culture between the two nations, and cooperate to have these principles shared by other nations.
Art. 5 - UNITED ABORIGINAL KHOI-SAN KINGDOM will open a virtual and physical Embassy, virtual constitutes a specific URL address and physical constitutes a living address, for THE KINGDOM AND GOVERNMENT OF NEW ZION and KINGDOM AND GOVERNMENT OF NEW ZION will do the same for UNITED ABORIGINAL KHOI-SAN KINGDOM MONARCHY.
Art. 6 - Both nations will recognize and defend diplomatic immunity for the choices of diplomatic missions in the opposite country. A legal action could be brought against all other citizens found to be breaking the laws of the other country. In addition,
the government makes it official that both nations will have to respect the other nation by ensuring swift, courteous and efficient responses regarding the notification methods transmitted to the receiving nation.
Art. 7 - The Embassies and Consulates of the signatory states will provide assistance and protection to citizens of both states, to foreign nations and organizations.
Art. 8 - The Embassy of the UNITED ABORIGINAL KHOI-SAN KINGDOM will send to the KINGDOM AND GOVERNMENT OF NEW ZION any information that will be considered useful related to nation and the Government of New Zion will do the same.
Art. 9 - This Treaty can be amended, revised and extended with the agreement of both states.
Art. 10 - This Treaty has an indefinite period of time. All changes must be submitted to the departments in charge in both countries and the result will be published online. If the proposal is approved by 2/3 of the votes, it will be added to this Treaty.
Art. 11 - This Treaty will be drawn up in English, and published on the websites of the respective governments.
Art. 12 - No citizen seeking to return to the nation opposed to the one in which he committed a crime will have to return to his nation pending action against him. Moreover, no group of citizens should rise up against the leaders of their nation, the other nation in this case will have to rush to the aid of the one attacked only if requested by the leaders of the same.
