THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE OF NEW ZION

    THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
In freedom we are born and it is freedom in which we should live, not as slaves to a tyranny or oppression, but as free men and woman who shall live and die for their liberty.
When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bonds which have connected them with another and assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and the natures God entitle them.
A decent respect for opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which compel them to the separation and dissent. We hold these truths to be self evident, that all people are created equal and endowed by their creator with unalienable rights that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. To secure these rights governments are instituted among men deriving their just powers from the consent of those whom they govern.
Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it and to institute a new form of government laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form as to them it would seem most likely to ensure their freedom, safety, and happiness.
Prudence will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and petty causes and accordingly our experience showed that mankind is predisposed to suffer while evils are insufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms by which they are accustomed. However when a long train of abuses and usurpation's pursuing invariably the same object designed to reduce them under absolute despotism it is their right and duty to throw off such government and to provide new guards for their security. Such has been the patient suffering of those people and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former system of government.
We do not know where the oppression will stop and are in a state of disconnect. Some say there is no cure for our former system of government and that it is too far gone. The history of the present day Democratic, Republican of the United States of America is a history of repeated injuries and usurpation's all having in direct object what has established tyranny and oppression over its citizens. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world. It has refused its accent to laws which are more wholesome and necessary for public good.
Its Senators, Congress, Governors, and bureaucracy will not pass or abolish laws of immediate or pressing importance unless suspended in operation until their ascent can be obtained, but when it has been suspended they have utterly neglected to attend to them. It has refused to pass or abolish other laws regarding the accommodation of its citizens and deceive them about their representation in the legislature.
A right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only. It has used its legislative bodies for unusual and uncomfortable reasons and distant from transparent public records for the sole purpose of fatiguing its citizens into submission to oppression. It has dissolved and deceived them concerning representation repeatedly for opposing with firmness the rights of the people.
It has refused for a long time to allow those to be elected that represent the best interest of its people whereby the legislative branch being incapable of annihilation have returned to the people for their exercises.
We have remained exposed to all the dangers of invasion by our own countrymen and convulsions’ within it has endeavored to over populate itself by the naturalization of radical foreigners for the purpose of infiltrating and sabotaging its government from within so that it can convince the people to give up their liberties in the name of safety.
It has made judges blind to their arrogant disregard of its own constitution and the very reason it deserted from the British. It has erected a multitude of bureaucracy which over taxes its citizens, harassing them and stripping them of their liberty.
It has kept standing armies, drone strikes, and weapons of mass destruction in times of peace and decimated countries to rubble in the name of wealth and power all the while deceiving their soldiers with propaganda of fighting for freedom, when in reality it is attacking sovereign nations that refuse to associate with it and is defending themselves from it. It has rendered the military independent of and superior to the civilized and rational.
We stand together as bold patriots predestined to continue the revolution which our forefathers began centuries before. We are the exposed hearts that bear liberties and are refusing our voluntary submission to the United States of America. No tyranny can suppress our just claim or stain our integrity.
The United States of America has subjected us to jurisdiction foreign and ignorant to its constitution and un-acknowledging to our laws giving consent to pretending legislation. It quarters large bodies of military and police to threaten its people while protecting by mock trial for any murder or imprisonment of those domestic whistle-blowers, activist, patriots and advocates of liberty. It imposes mandatory taxes on us without our consent. It blackmails us into not using trial by jury by threatening us with harsher sentences if we elect to have a trial. It has taken away our charters, abolishing its most cherished constitution by enacting laws that contradict it and waste time and effort clogging up its court systems and ruining people’s lives and families.
It fundamentally abolishes the very freedoms our forefathers fought and died for in vain. It declares itself the power to legislate away the rights we once held so dear which our children have never known.
The constitution of the United States of America no longer protects us and the United States of America is against us there are circumstances of cruel and unusual punishment, barbarous and unbecoming and totally unworthy of a civilized nation.
It has imprisoned our fellow citizens taken captive within its borders, beard arms against them, and become the executioners of patriots “espionage” or so called “treason” by their friends and brethren. It has incited and exited domestic insurrections amongst us and endeavored to bring upon the inhabitants of our land merciless foreign savages whose known rule of warfare is the exploration and destruction of an undistinguished populous of all ages, sexes, and conditions.
In every stage of these redresses we have petitioned for their solutions in the most humble terms. Our repeated petitions have only been answered by repeated injury to our way of life.
The United States government is now unfit to be the ruler of a free people and its legislators and rulers are the obstacle of an abomination. We have warned our fellow man from time to time of the attempts of the United States of America to issue an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of our secession and dissent from such an unreasonable government and conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence.
They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and consequences. We must therefore embrace a necessity to announce our separation and hold them as we hold enemies. In peace friends, United we Stand.
We therefore as the representatives of the Sovereign State of the Kingdom and Government of New Zion in unanimous decision agreed to appeal to the Supreme judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions do in the name and by authority of the monarchy and good people of its land solely published and declare that we are and of right ought to free, independent and absolved from all allegiance with the democratic republic of the United States of America and that all political connection between the Sovereign state of the Kingdom and Government of New Zion and the United States of America is and ought to be totally dissolved and that full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other things which other Sovereign and independent nations may do.

For the support of this declaration with a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence we mutually pledge to each other our lives, fortunes, and our sacred honor.
The liberties that we seek to reclaim and uphold are more important than any dispute a nation such as The United States of America or any other country has against us. All free people of The Kingdom and Government of New Zion will gladly lay down their lives and fight for these liberties that are owed to us, like Patrick Henry our forefather had said “Give me Liberty or Give Me Death!”
