Buff Minorcas
The Buff Minorca has a large comb, long wattle, large white earlobes and compact, buff-colored feathering. Their large combs are very typical for the breed and the hens' combs will tend to fall to one side, almost covering one eye. The hens lay good sized white eggs and are nonsetters.
Minorcas are the largest, and heaviest, of the Mediterranean poultry breeds — mature males can reach 9 pounds and females average about 7.5 pounds. This breed are excellent in free range settings and warmer climates.Pay Here
Production Red
Production Reds are a brown egg cross or non-standard breed that was developed for the purpose of efficient production of large brown eggs with crosses utilizing Rhode Island Reds and New Hampshire Reds. They are a friendly, great layer, but are heavy enough to be good meat birds. Babies are a light brown. The breed ranges in color from light red to a dark brown red when mature. The typical weight for females is 4 lbs. and males is 5 lbs.

Pearl-White Leghorn
The Pearl White Leghorn is, by far, our Best White Egg Layer. Over 45 years of scientific breeding research have gone into the development of our Pearl White Leghorns by blending select strains of White Leghorns.
Pearl White Leghorn pullets weigh about 4 lbs. at maturity, start laying at 4 1/2 to 5 months, and will continue laying 10 to 12 weeks longer than most good layers. Livability and resistance to disease are very high, and the feed to egg conversion ratio is excellent, holding down the cost of egg production.
When our customers ask us to recommend the pullet that will lay the egg with the highest grade, size, uniform shape, good shell, and highest interior quality with the least feed and in smallest amount of space, we suggest the Pearl White Leghorn.
Rhode Island Whites
were developed around 1900 from crosses that included Partridge Cochins, White Wyandottes and Rose Comb White Leghorns. They aren't as well-known as Rhode Island Reds, but male Rhode Island Whites are used to produce the very popular Gold Sex Link layers. Rhode Island White chicks are solid yellow or cream with some having slightly darker heads. They have single combs and clean, yellow legs and feet. All the adult plumage is white, with the comb, wattles and ear lobes being bright red.
Rhode Island Red
The Rhode Island Red is one of the most famous and popular chicken breeds. These truly American chickens are great brown egg layers and one of our best-selling breeds of day-old baby chicks.
Developed in the early part of the last century in the state of Rhode Island as a dual purpose breed, they have led the charts for brown egg layers time after time. No other heavy breed lays more or better eggs than the Rhode Island Reds.
Rhode Island Red day-old baby chicks are a rusty red color, and mature birds are a variety of mahogany red.
