Job Payment Structure in New Zion
The Kingdom of New Zion operates on a merit-based commission system to ensure fair and equitable compensation for all its valued workers. This system prioritizes the most valuable contributions to the kingdom's prosperity, recognizing the crucial role of physical labor in our society.
Commission Structure:
Compensation is determined by a percentage of the revenue generated directly from each worker's efforts. This percentage varies depending on the job's complexity, skill level required, and overall contribution to the kingdom's success. The specific commission rate for each role will be clearly defined in the individual job description. The commission rate also takes into account the physical demands of the job, with physically demanding jobs receiving a higher percentage.
Payment Prioritization:
To ensure that the most impactful contributions are rewarded appropriately, payments are prioritized as follows:
Highest-Value Physical Labor Jobs: Jobs involving significant physical labor and deemed critical to the kingdom's immediate needs and generating the highest revenue will receive payment first. This prioritization reflects the essential nature of physical work in our society.
Other High-Value Jobs: Following highest-value physical labor jobs, other jobs deemed critical to the kingdom's success and generating high revenue will be prioritized. This includes jobs requiring specialized skills and significant contributions, even if they are not physically demanding.
Tiered Payment System: Following the highest-value jobs, payments will flow down through a tiered system, with jobs categorized by their relative importance and revenue generation, considering both physical and intellectual contributions. This ensures a fair distribution of resources across all roles.
Transparency and Regular Updates: The kingdom is committed to transparency. All workers will receive regular updates on the kingdom's financial performance and their individual commission earnings. This ensures accountability and allows workers to understand the direct impact of their contributions.
Example:
Let's assume a successful week in New Zion generates a total revenue of (10000). This revenue is then distributed based on the commission structure and job prioritization:
High-Value Physical Labor Job (e.g., Master Builder completing a crucial city wall section): Receives a 25% commission: (10000 * 0.25 = 2500)High-Value Desk Job (e.g., Chief Strategist securing a vital trade agreement): Receives a 20% commission: (10000 * 0.20 = 2000)Medium-Value Physical Labor Job (e.g., Skilled Farmer with a bountiful harvest): Receives a 15% commission: (10000 * 0.15 = 1500)Low-Value Desk Job (e.g., Junior Scribe completing essential record-keeping): Receives a 10% commission: (10000 * 0.10 = 1000)Remaining Revenue: The remaining (3000) ( (10000 - 2500 - 2000 - 1500 - 1000) ) is then distributed amongst other workers based on their contributions and the tiered system.
Note: Specific commission rates and job tiers will be subject to review and adjustment based on the kingdom's ongoing needs and financial performance. All changes will be communicated clearly and transparently to all workers.
This structure ensures that the most valuable contributions are rewarded appropriately, while also providing a fair and equitable system for all workers in the Kingdom of New Zion. We believe this system will foster a thriving and prosperous community.
